Build Design
Whether you're working on renovating a single room or building an entire home, we start from the ground up to help you visualize your goals through architectural design, layout, building materials, finishes, fixtures, lighting, paint, and more.
Begin by submitting our contact form and telling us about your project and goals; we'll send along more details and set up a time to chat.
Next, we'll schedule a 1-hour, in-person design consultation where we'll meet to understand and determine design goals and project details. Our team will prepare your custom design agreement defining project investment and scope. Once presented and accepted, we begin the design process!
During the design phase, we'll maintain communication while creating your design boards, elevations, or renderings. We work to align with your build team to propose a design that coincides with project investment, timeline, and deliverables. At your design presentation, you'll be able to visualize your entire project, reviewing design boards and material samples. Included in this phase is a single round of revisions ensuring all design preferences are considered.
Once approved, we enter the Implementation phase of your project—ordering, receiving, inspection of the products, storage, delivery, installation, and styling. This phase includes site visits and communication with builders and trades to ensure your design is being implemented exactly as presented, problem-solving when needed, and championing the design of your project from beginning to end. At AreaEdit, our goal is to not only deliver a beautiful design, but create a design experience that our clients can be excited to be a part of.
Furnishing Design
You can choose our furnishing design services to personalize your property after the build is complete, or even before it's finished. We can assist with designing furnishings for single rooms, entire properties, and anything in between.

Next, we'll schedule a 1-hour, in-person design consultation where we'll meet at the property and create a plan for how we can incorporate AreaEdit’s style and aesthetic with your design needs. AreaEdit will then prepare your custom design agreement defining project investment and scope. Once presented and accepted, we begin the design process!

When all furnishings have been received, we'll schedule your installation and styling date! AreaEdit will deliver, install, and style, completing and revealing your beautiful new space.
Event Design
During the AreaEdit event design process, we focus on creating unique and personalized moments and experiences for you. We pay attention to every single detail, so you don't have to. Our specialty lies in creating customized and thoughtful celebrations for our clients. Whether it's planning a memorable proposal, impressing your guests at a birthday party, or making your brand launch as beautiful as you envisioned, we have a package that suits your needs. We also plan and style dinner parties to provide an unforgettable experience.

On the day of the event, we will deliver, install, and style your gathering with furniture and decorations to perfectly complement your special day.
